Analyst – Capital Markets

Belgium, BE

About
Gregoire joined Knight Frank as an Investment Analyst in the Capital Markets team after completing a trilingual Master’s degree in Business Administration, through the UCLouvain, ULB and ICHEC programme. Before joining Knight Frank, he gained experience at D’Ieteren Immo, where he worked in Asset Management and contributed to the management and development of the group’s real estate investments. His interest in Capital Markets stems from the combination of finance, investment analysis and the commercial and human aspects of real estate. He particularly enjoys the tangible nature of the sector and the opportunity to follow transactions from the initial analysis through to completion, while building relationships with investors and continuously learning along the way.
